Proud to be recognized as one of the University of Amsterdam Impact Makers!

In my interview with, I shared how my time at the University of Amsterdam helped me develop essential soft skills like collaboration, quick information processing, and effective communication—skills that were key in my leadership roles at H&M, Monki and oona. As a young, black female leader, I had the opportunity to drive inclusivity by giving underrepresented creatives a platform and opening doors for new talents through collaborations.

These experiences led me to create FÉ, a mentorship platform for students, (young) professionals, and entrepreneurs, aimed at filling the gap I personally experienced during my trajectory. My vision is to expand FÉ globally, focusing on mentorship across Europe and Africa.

The UvA alumni community is a global network of changemakers—leaders, innovators, and visionaries—working to create positive change worldwide in small and big ways. The interview is in Dutch, but a quick Google Translate will help you read it!
