With a decade of experience leading cross-cultural teams across Europe — in cities like Amsterdam, Zurich, Antwerp, Gothenburg, and Stockholm — and working with global brands including H&M, Monki, Zalando, Gucci, Levi’s, and Carhartt WIP. Her executive background spans roles such as Communications Director at oona agency and Global Media Innovation & Strategy Manager at H&M Group, where she shaped forward-thinking brand strategies across international markets.
Stephany has contributed to conversations and collaborations with organizations including Graduate Fashion Foundation, Copenhagen Fashion Week, Business Fashion Environment Summit, and Fashion Management Club. In 2024, she was recognized as a UvA Impact Maker for her contributions to education, talent development, and gender equity.
Alongside her industry work, Stephany teaches strategic communication and professional identity development at institutions including the University of Amsterdam, AMFI, and Tilburg University. Her work increasingly centers on supporting organizations, institutions, and industry initiatives through ecosystem thinking, future workforce strategy, and public dialogue across fashion, education, and culture.
In 2022, she founded FÉ, a mentoring platform that supported over 1,000 mentees across industries and career levels through mentorship, professional development, and community-led programming. The platform has since evolved into a broader strategic advisory direction focused on leadership, talent development, and the future of creative industries.
